Family Guy centre's around a dysfunctional family – the Griffin's who live in Quahog, Rhode Island. Peter is the overbearing father who acts thinks he knows everything yet knows nothing. His wife Lois stays at home to look after their baby Stewie and provide the occasional piano lesson to the local kids. Their teenage children Chris and Meg are somewhat less than popular – Chris is dumb as a post, while Meg doesn't seem to be good at anything. Of course no one seems to mind that Stewie and Brian the dog are the two most intelligent and well spoken members of the family. Brian secretly loves Lois, hates Stewie but is ultimately loyal to Peter. Stewie hates Brian, and while he loves his mum (kinda!), won't let it stop him from trying to kill her while always on the lookout for opportunities to rule the world.
