FINDING the lost woman is book three, the final, in The Lost Woman trilogy. The series is essentially a modern day Romance, with a strong story, supported by erotica. Directed at the Fifty Shades of Grey market, this series extends the world of female erotica by using themes of women taking control of their lives, financially, emotionally and sexually. Book three continues the art, architecture, design, fashion and food content of books one and two, but with an emphasis on truth, honesty and breaking down the emotional barriers that rule ones life. The action takes place in regional Australia, inner city Melbourne, tropical north Queensland, and Cambodia. Book three is 83,000 words. Book one, AWAKENING the lost woman, saw the transformation of Christina from a dowdy housewife to a rich and successful, blogger, fashion designer and business woman. We leave her thinking she has found love, only to be rudely rejected by the man who stole her heart. Book two, CAPTURING the lost woman, Christina heads to Tasmania hoping time on the remote island will give her the space needed to clear her head. Unexpectedly she finds herself in the wilderness and is forced to seriously contemplate what her future might hold. Book three, FINDING the lost woman, sees Christina return to her family and friends after her ordeal in Tasmania. She throws herself back into work but finds herself distracted by the voices in her head, the real story of what happened in the wilderness. Meanwhile diaries are published telling the truth behind her time in Tasmania and Christina is brutally exposed. After the ongoing attack by the media she seeks solace and is drawn back to the town of her birth. Here she uncovers the real story of her family's past. It is only then that she can begin to write the truth. In search of an old friend of her mothers who might know the full story she discovers not only a tropical paradise, but someone else in her life who is also looking for answers. Finally she finds sanctuary, love and her true self.
